CINTAX password for tax year 2011 will be available sometimes in March 2012. We will email them to all participants that gave us correct email addresses. If you are finishing your internship, make sure your host has your correct mailing address for W2.

This form is only for interns and trainees on J1 Intern/Trainee visa sponsored by The Ohio International Agricultural and Horticultural Intern Program (TOP). International Students and Scholars of The Ohio State University should not use this form. Instead, they should follow this article.
